Carried out every 3 months an ideal opportunity to check the property conditions and advise of any maintenance issues / tenant concerns.
The same independant company visit upon vacation to compare the original inventory against the condition at the check out.
Liaising between the landlord, the tenant and the instructed contractor to ensure maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and professionally.
Ensuing properties are meeting all legal requirements for rental properties.
